The Challenge.
The Finance and Fundraising team at the organisation receive regional bank statements and files from the Charities Aid Foundation with details of donations.
The information from these files need to be extracted and input onto Salesforce.
Additionally, donor details on Salesforce need to be maintained and duplicates removed.
The Solution.
