The Challenge.

Retail Teams in the organisation received email requests from managers at 700 retail shops for stock adjustments on Cybertill.

Hundreds of requests were received daily, resulting in the retail team spending significant time on manual, repetitive tasks.

The Solution.

Following a process assessment exercise, a suite of Digital Workers were developed and deployed into production.

The Digital Workers processed the emails, added the requests to a work queue, and executed the transaction son Cybertill.

An acknowledgment email was sent to the store manager, and summary reports sent to the Retail team at the end of each run.
